Halcyon Sector

My paintings explore what it feels like to be human in a world shaped by technology, science, and systems of power. Moving along a continuum between abstraction and figuration, my work reflects the tension between the physical and the mediated, the personal and the systemic. Rooted in an understanding of how technological progress depends on the forces of science, money, and power, my practice engages with themes of vulnerability and what lies beyond identity. I work through painting—a medium as old as humanity, used long before language to navigate and question the forces that define our existence.
